From 1er January 2021, public transport users are entitled to compensation if they arrive at their destination with a delay of 60 minutes or more.

The amount of compensation offered will depend on the length of the delay and the price of travel.

For tickets or day passes:

  • Delays of at least 60 minutes will be compensated at 25% of the price of the ticket or day pass
  • Delays of at least 120 minutes will be compensated at 50% of the price of the ticket or day pass

For travelcard holders:

  • Compensation will be calculated based on the single day value of the travelcard or a minimum amount of 5 francs, for all delays of at least 60 minutes.

Compensation will only be paid if the total amount is at least 5 francs.
